Refund Policy

Quick Summary

Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Billing errors refunded promptly.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Weyn Creator or Pro subscription at any time through your account settings by clicking “Manage Subscription.” Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.

Refund Eligibility

✅ We WILL refund:

  • A charge made in error (e.g. double-billed)
  • A charge made after you cancelled your subscription
  • A charge within 48 hours of initial sign-up if you have not used any paid features

❌ We do NOT refund:

  • Partial months after cancellation mid-billing period
  • Charges more than 30 days old (except in cases of provable error)
  • Subscriptions where paid features (video uploads, analytics) were actively used

How to Request a Refund

Email support@weyn.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your Weyn account email
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days through Stripe.

Service Disruptions

If Weyn experiences a significant service outage lasting more than 24 hours, affected subscribers may be eligible for a prorated credit applied to their next billing cycle. Credits are issued at our discretion and are not automatic.

Brand Plan Refunds

Brand subscribers ($49/month) are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms as individual plans. Enterprise agreements may have custom refund terms as specified in the signed contract.
