By accessing or using Weyn (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and creators.
Weyn is a social polling platform that allows users to create, share, and vote on video and image-based polls. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
You retain ownership of content you create and post on Weyn. By posting content, you grant Weyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
Weyn offers paid subscription plans including Creator ($5.00/month) and Pro ($15.00/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date via your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. Weyn does not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Requests for refunds due to billing errors or service outages may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Weyn does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Weyn in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Weyn is headquartered.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
